Dear friends, about a year ago my Kitchenaid washer was not draining and I had Rick come out to diagnose it. It had a defective lid switch which he replaced on the spot. I appreciated his candor and explanation of what he was doing and felt assured that I was not getting “ripped off”.
I just wanted to thank Rick for his great service on my refrigerator on 10/6/11. I had an issue with the refrigerator where it would randomly raise and lower it’s temperature anywhere from 5 to 15 degrees during the day. After checking a few items he told me the compressor would eventually give out. He realized that a new refrigerator would be in my future so he gave me a $20.00 discount on his service call.
I will continue to use Bishop and Sons whenever I need any future work.

After observing how knowledgable and thorough you were, while repairing both machines, I felt completely satisfied with the finished result. I appreciated you talking with me, while repairing the machines and explaining how both machines worked, and what you were doing, every step of the way. I also appreciated the fact that you were the SINGLE company that answered their phone, on a holiday weekend, and were able to set up an appointment to repair my dryer, that same day! I feel the service fees for parts and labor where honest and not over priced.
